IECA (International Erosion Control Association), who brings his 15 years of construction experience and knowledge
to the company. Tom always has a smile on his face. Although,... after seeing his golf game, we have no idea why
that is! Regardless of that small flaw, we're confident that you'll find him to be one of the most competent
people in the industry and a great guy to deal with.

Javier Guzman - Senior Field Supervisor:
From almost the very beginning of GST, a current member of the
IECA (International Erosion Control Association), Javier has been doing it all, from overseeing
all of the field crews, to operating any one of the many pieces of equipment, driving one of the big rigs, or performing
any of the services that we offer, we challenge you to find a harder working individual anywhere!
